Can our venue be used all year round?

Yes! Rosewood Farms is the perfect year-round venue. Our temperature-controlled indoor spaces, and stunning outdoor areas make for the perfect wedding at any time of year.

We can host up to 275 guests. Our flexible areas and choice of barns mean there are options for weddings of all sizes! From big events, to smaller intimate gatherings.

We’re nestled between Baltimore and Philadelphia. Close to Newark, Delaware. Within a 15-20 minute drive, there are a great choice of hotels, restaurants, and social activities.

We’re here to help your day run smoothly, from start to finish. Your venue rental runs from 12pm to 10pm, with an extra hour for clean-up until 11pm.

You’ll have up to 7 hours for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

Need more time to get ready? Please inquire about early access from 8am and using our beautiful getting ready spaces.

There are a variety of picturesque spots perfect for capturing stunning photographs. We have so many unique spaces including the Silo, The Pond, our historic lower level of the Rustic Barn, Grand Staircase and modern white washed ceremony space.

We have hand-selected a list of fantastic caterers to choose from here at Rosewood Farms. We’ll go through all of our amazing options on a tour, and we can recommend the best ones for you.

We ask that all of our couples book a Wedding Planner. We have a fantastic list of wedding planners who know Rosewood Farms inside and out and have created absolutely incredible weddings here. It’s one of the best investments you’ll make for your wedding!

Yes! We have an in-house Beverage Company, Willow & Oak, Offering a wider range of packages including wines, beers and spirits and special non-alcohol mocktails. We also have our super-fun tap truck which is always a highlight for guests!
