To ensure you experience at Rosewood Farms is seamless, we require all couples to hire a wedding planner from the list below. We have included a variety of phenomenal planners that are familiar with the venue and will ensure you are well taken care of.
A planner can guide you through the entire process of planning your wedding, from booking vendors to accounting for all the little details on the day-of your wedding.
Although service offerings vary by company, the minimum requirement of Rosewood couples is to hire a month-of coordinator (we recommend this to be at least 6-8 weeks before the wedding).
Olive Street Events
Olive Street Events is a full-service wedding planning and design company based in Philadelphia. As industry veterans with experience in both planning and venue management, enjoy peace of mind through the entire process knowing you are in very capable hands. Our couples are guided through the planning process with expert advice, creative vision and plenty of smiles and laughs along the way, making planning the wedding as enjoyable and memorable as the day itself. Our approach to wedding planning is thoughtful, collaborative, detailed and honest. We believe every wedding should be as unique and special as the couple themselves.

Taryn Blake + our team of 11 planners are experts in Rosewood weddings! We've guided many amazing couples through their planning process at Rosewood, from intimate winter weddings to firework-filled summer events to the retro takeover that Brides mag won't stop talking about! Whatever your vision - we bring it to life! Every TBE couple receives custom planning resources, a monthly to-do list, and expert vendor recommendations to ensure your planning feels calm and not chaotic. As we near your wedding day, your planner handles all logistics, facilitates your on-site walk through and more. On the day of, kick back in the suite with your nearest and dearest while we make the magic happen. We'd love to hear your story - reach out to get started.
Our coordination package begins 90-days out from the wedding and averages $2500-2800 // Partial with design starts immediately and is $4400 - 4800 // Full service starts immediately and is 10% of the wedding spend with a minimum.

Moore & Co. Event Stylists is a team of experienced planners who started the business with a passion for planning! We very quickly learned our mission is to help couples make the planning experience feel like you're meeting with your best friends to discuss the best party of all time. The Hannah Belle Events Team is an Eastern Shore based planning team lead by Hannah, who has been in the events industry since 2012. The Hannah Belle Events team includes lead planners and designers that look forward to collaborating with their couples to make each and every Rosewood wedding unique and memorable. The team enjoys working with Rosewood couples to plan the wedding of their dreams; offering packages with various levels of planning and design assistance. With our love for all things wedding and design along with our attention to detail, we strive to make the planning process enjoyable and stress free leading up to the wedding events and continuing with that same momentum on the wedding day. We enjoy working with fun couples who prioritize creating lasting memories and most importantly, their marriage. At The Lovely Veil, we believe that a wedding is more than just one day! It’s laughter, tears and heartfelt effort from the time you find your special “one” to the many years you spend together after the big day! It should be a season filled with joy and love, rather than stress and worry. That’s where we come in - we're here to make your planning experience enjoyable! Package options vary from month-of planning and partial planning to full planning and styling. Owner and Lead Planner, Sarah gained tenure in the events industry from working at 3 different venues prior to launching her own full-service planning business. She's passionate about checklists, vision boards, pretty details, and everything in between. Her extensive knowledge of timelines, catering, and vendor management allow her to be an asset on your special day. The TLV Events office is based in Newark, Delaware - just 15 minutes from Rosewood Farms!
